Pecorino

A recent success story, with many estates producing a wine hard to find only 10 years ago. It’s grown only in Abruzzo and the Marche. Recent wines show very Sauvignon-like characteristics. Other examples are more herbal, and one wonders how much Trebbiano finds its way into lesser examples of Pecorino.
