Gonzalez Byass, Mathusalem 30 Year Old Oloroso, Jerez, Spain
Dark amber colour, wonderfully nutty, deep fruitcake spice, amazingly rich flavours, yet has retained a searing acidity that lifts it to a long, warm finish. A great wine.
