Bressan, Schioppettino, Friuli Isonzo 2006
This Schioppettino smells like an old apothecary, of clove oil and dried blood, and a spice rack, of peppercorns and oregano. Medium-bodied, full-flavoured, but not too concentrated, it would work beautifully with game. 18/20pts (93/100pts)
