Powerful, brooding, dark. Aromas conjure images of a cigar smoke-filled library, old leather armchairs and fresh cherries. The tannins are big and firm, the fruit rich, yet the mouthfeel is not dense. The acidity refreshes, the finish is long and bitter. 18/20pts (93/100pts)
