Duline, Viburnum Merlot 2004
Ripe, fresh, plummy, mint toffee – no signs of age showing on the nose. Medium bodied, with excitingly high acidity for a Merlot. Fine, smooth tannins, the fruit plush and a dry spice character and cool mineral quality beginning to show (do decant). Good length. 17.5/20pts (91/100pts)
