Aquila del Torre, Refosco, Friuli Colli Orientali 2009
From 20-year-old vines, following biodynamic principles, this is a good, sturdy red, unoaked yet with great warmth and cocoa-like sweetness on the nose. The tannins on the palate tuck in brambly fruit nicely. 17/20pts (90/100pts)
