Situated at the foot of the Perdeberg Mountain, Saam, meaning ‘together’ in Afrikaans, is a winery run by a team of winegrowers with a commitment to local biodiversity. The nose opens to honey, candied almonds and stone fruit, followed by a creamy, weighty lemon meringue palate.
