Honey and butterscotch on the nose, with ripe pears and a touch waxy. Very autumnal. Pear skins and ginger spice on the palate. Well balanced with mouthfilling, rich, fleshy, smoky fruit. Honeyed with careful, noticeable acidity. Bright finish.
