Savoury nose with salami, bacon, sweet plums, vanilla, blackberry liqueur and hints of paprika. Soft but dense, rich and velvety with lots of layers of red fruits, spices, plum syrup, creamy black cherry, coffee and pepper. Very ripe and impressive but may not be for everyone.
