The wine that launched modern d’Arenberg back in the late 1950s is as good now as ever, still delivering great value for money. It’s a typically soft, flavoursome red, with notes of liquorice, plum, blackberry and sweet spices. The oak is present, but it doesn’t dominate the fruit richness.
