Elegant barrel-fermented, complex nose with a delicate fruit character. Multi-layered palate with secondary fruit notes of apricots and sweet pineapple and hints of toasty brioche on the finish. Refreshing but with lovely texture – a very precise wine which will age well, like a Meursault.
