This a notch or two above many other village-level Chablis, with cool melon and pear aromas, a mealy, leesy layer underneath and hints of sea shells. Tangy and bright on the palate, it feels refreshing and crisp with fresh apple flavours. Alc: 12.5%. (16.5 points)
