Tasting notes

a great wine from a prestigious label
promising ageing potential

Almaviva is the result of a partnership between the Baron Philippe de Rothschild company and Vina Concha y Toro, one of Chile's oldest and most important wine producers

Wraps minerals and berry fruit with a wispy layer of perfumed sweet flowers. A consistently delicious wine.

Colour is deep, velvety carmine, with a lovely nose of black fruits, new oak finely blended in, the warm terroir on the palate is polished and elegant and the wine has impressive length. A good 4 star wine.
