The work of Wither Hills winemaker Ben Glover, this is a very decent Sauvignon, particularly given the price. The nose is a touch uninspiring, simply fulfilling many of the sweet Kiwi Sauvignon criteria, but the palate is dry and restrained, showing balance and minerality. Drink from 2009. (£5.99)
