The work of Wither Hills winemaker, Ben Glover, this is a more than decent Sauvignon, particularly considering the price. The nose is a bit uninspiring, what with it fulfilling many of the sweet New Zealand Sauvignon criteria, but the palate is dry and restrained, showing good balance and minerality.
