Toni and Julian Sarrion are great champions of the local Bobal grape and in Spain's Utiel Requena region. With 20% Tempranillo and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon as well, it shows good spice and grip over lush fruit, finely grained tannins and natural acidity. A future classic.
