An excellent Chablis from the family house established in 1840 that has recently been taken over by Louis Latour. It has plenty of lemon-lime fruit, with steely and mineral undertones leading to a long, clean and satisfying length. Perfect with oysters and other fresh seafood. Full of vibrancy. Drink 2007.
