Argentina's most vibrant Torrontes now comes from the high, cool Salta region, this one from Cafayate, fermented in stainless steel to keep the freshness. It's slightly aromatic, with a fuller palate than expected and a crisp finish. A perfect aperitif. Drink 2011. £8.29
