This is a 'sugar-free', non-dosed Champagne. Such a style is difficult to produce and therefore very rare. This example is clearly well made with lots of minerality and citrus fruit. Solid structure wit precise mouthfeel and grapefruit intensity. Fine and expressive. Enjoy 2008. £16.50
