Tasting notes

Stylish nose of pear, discreet oak. Full-bodied, but not heavy. Very concentrated, powerful, toasty, solid and nutty, but fresh too. Mineral, excellent balance and length. Drink from 2010.

Intense, honeyed aromas, with some gooseberry fruit. Sweet fruit with a green prickle at the back. Acidity quite low and fruit rather sweet. Good intensity of flavour, though. For the mid term. Drink 2012-16 (16 points)
