Floridene is run by Denis Dubourdieu, a man regarded by many as the king of white Bordeaux. His wine has an aromatic nose with white pepper, apple and citrus fruit. Full and rich on the palate, with crisp acidity and balanced oak characters. Drink 2006 or up to 2009/10. £14-15
