Tasting notes

17/05/2007

Clover Hill is made in the traditional method. It uses all three Champagne varieties and is aged three years on its lees. This has a perfume of bright, red berry fruit. On the palate it is bright, breezy and full of youth, with fresh acidity and lovely length; a superior alternative to entry-level Champagne. Drink up to 2012. £15.99
