The Cullens dabbled with growing a few vines on their farm in 1966, it proving so successful that they went and planted 18 acres five years later. Made using biodynamic methods, this is crisp and vibrant with grassy, peapod, mange tout aromas. The flavours are similarly lean and green, with spiky fruit and an almost ashy touch, all bound up in a taut, mineral structure. Lip-smackingly fresh.
