This barrel-aged red is made from a traditional local blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Complex black cherry fruits with some spice and a hint of chocolate. Savoury palate, robust wine with ripe tannins, complex, with well-integrated oak on the finish. Drink up to 2008. £10.75
