This wine is barrel-fermented and spends 10 months on its lees in oak. A concentrated nose of apple, with buttery and nutty aromas. The palate is rich, with concentrated fruit, complex with buttery and some ripe apple characters, and toasty on the finish. Drink up to 2007.
