Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, this wine is only produced in exceptional years. Fine bouquet of herbs, olives and cocoa. Well balanced with a great depth. Ideal with light game meat, fine cheeses. Drink 2-5 years.
