Established as a wine producer in the late 19th century, this is one of Bürklin-Wolf's more modest releases. It's lean and slatey, with delicate floral and stone-fruit notes, bolstered by juicy lime and orange peel. The taut, refreshing structure is underpinned by an attractive, leesy depth, which comes to the fore on the back palate. Delicious. (16.5 points) £11.75
