Almost splitting its seams with Sauvignon character, this wine%u2019s intense nature may prove too much for some, but many will lap it up. Boasting smoky, ashy, crunchy pea-pod aromas, and with a sweet, piercing citrus quality, the nose almost flies out of the glass. The palate makes a similar impact, with zesty acidity driving along the crunchy, herb-tinged citrus fruit.
