Deep, blue-black colour; surly and withdrawn initially but opening up to reveal classic fragrance of violets and cassis; wonderfully rich, fleshy fruit backed by big, broad tannins and fantastic length of flavour. Well-knit. Complete. This will be very fine indeed.
