This is a brand new addition to Heidsieck & Co%u2019s portfolio, and rests in the property%u2019s cellars for at least three and a half years before seeing daylight. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this certainly possesses presence, lead by pure lemon rind aromas, biscuity edges and a slightly creamy underbelly, with yeasty touches coming through on the finish. This would prove to be a popular party guest.
