The Henriques have a Madeira lineage stretching over 500 years, so perhaps it's no surprise they make some of the top examples today. This is light, laden with nutty spice and sandalwood. The island's volcanic rock has imbued it with fresh acidity, and the finish is long. Drink 2008-indefinitely. £15 (50cl)
