60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this is a blend of wines from 1999, 2002 and 2003. There%u2019s an abundance of attractive, autolytic notes, and plenty of interest, drive and direction. The mousse is fine and prickly, with baked apples leading the way and a mealy, creamy underbelly.
