As well as his brilliant reds and whites, Luis Pato is also renowned for his sparklers. This has fantastic brightness and vitality, with a sherbert lemon nose, partnered by delicate floral notes, some spice and touches of cherry. Palate is crisp and dry with citus zest flavours and a subtle, creamy undercurrent.
