Some Provence rosés can be too restrained and delicate; not so here. Named after the mountain at the base of which the winery nestles, this has a pleasingly weighty, fluid palate revealing crisp, defined, red berry coulis notes with hints of white flowers. Alc: 12.%%. (17.5 points)
