Crafted by the hand of Concha y Toro%u2019s Marcelo Papa, the Sauvignons of Maycas del Limari undergo a fair bit of lees work, which is evident on the mealy, mineral, pineapple-tinged nose. This is a polished, tightly structured wine, still in its youth, with mouth-watering acidity and a nice feel to the palate, with some touches of spice and plenty of cool minerality and citrus fruit.
