Tasting notes

Taking its name from a nearby peak and nestled in what is potentially a new sub-region for Canterbury, this is an off-dry wine, but the firm acidity pushes it along well. Willowy, floral characters are joined by juicy grapefruit and apple, while that residual sugar (11.5g/l) will increase the pleasure for many. Drink 2009. (£8.75)
