Although this wine is produced using 100% Shiraz grapes, there is definitely a lifted, slightly floral quality about it that could be mistaken for a dash of Viognier. Full, broad and deep, it is never too unctuous due to its cleansing acidity and perfectly ripe fruit. Keenly judged in every way. £25
