Pinot Blanc can be a very neutral wine but this offering (named after the wild flower which grows in the vineyard) exhibits very elegant apple and floral aromas. the fresh and vibrant palate is in balance with the natural acidity, and the delicate white fruit/flower flavours add real charm.
