A rosé this time. Portuguese rosés have traditionally been dark and muscular, but the winemaker here has shown a deft, Provence-like touch. Pale and delicate, with a creaminess beneath crisp, defined and gentle red fruit. Delightfully refreshing. Drink 2009. (£5.99)
