From an old dairy farm transformed into an award-winning winery, this bears all the classic hallmarks of Semillon: lemon and beeswax nose, with blossomy overtures and an ashy, grapefruit-tinged plate. Elegant and refined, the purity and focus of the fruit is admirable, and the alcohol refreshingly low.
