Celeste is 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from selected old vineyards. Twenty months in French and American oak have smoothed the intense, brambly black pepper fruit and added hints of vanilla spice while keeping the opulent vigour of the best wines from the DO. Will age well.
