Tasting notes

Saint-Chinian won AC status in 1982, although the village itself was created in the ninth century by Benedictine monks who also planted the first vines. This modern-day offering has expressive spicy, dark fruits and hints of game. The palate is well structured with ripe tannins, firm acidity and good depth of fruit. Drink up to 2010. £6.99
