Compact and still tight nose with nice, lifted ripe red fruit, baking apples and spice. It has real energy - a vivid, serious wine with minerally, powdery tannins and a dry, chewy finish. Lovely extract and density. Drink: 2013-2019. Alc: 14.5%. (16.5 points)
