Taking its name from an indigineous, though rarely seen, lizard, this isn%u2019t cut from the same, pungent, tinned asparagus cloth that many of its peers are. This is struck through with ashy minerality and crunchy, sugar snap and garden pea notes. Of course, there%u2019s plenty of fresh goosberry in there, but it ties in nicely with the more savoury facets of the wine.
