Produced with Grand Cru fruit, this is a classy, precise Champagne, with a mingling of citrus rind, red fruit, white flowers and a nutty, autolytic streak. There%u2019s a lovely weight to the palate which shows a breezy structure, fine acidity and a long finish. Very elegant.
