Barossa is not exactly recognised as a hot bed of quality rosé production but it can clearly be done, as this very good example shows a restraint often lacking in New World examples. Balanced, cool, crisp and crunchy, with cherry, red currant and raspberry ice cream notes, this is vibrant but still stylish.
