Slovenian Sauvignon Blanc now has a benchmark. Ticking all the necessary Sauvignon boxes, adding interest is a sprinkling of dried herbs and a small pinch of white pepper. Flavours are largely tropical in nature, complemented by green apples, and underscored by strong mineral notes. Very refreshing.
