This is an evolving wine but it still keeps its freshness and length. Very interesting and complex with a mature palate which boasts a refreshing combination of creaminess and acidity (Farran Centelles). Lovely, rich, ripe, slightly gamey but very complex nose. Rich green plum fruit beautifully balanced with fresh acidity. Drinking splendidly now (John Radford). Bold, forward, creamy, vanilla and peach aroma. Brilliantly vibrant acidity - ripe but piercing - which carries through to a long, penetrating finish. Notes of oranges, vanilla and yellow peaches. Full bodied and fresh (Sarah Jane Evans MW).
