With this vintage from his Loire estate, David Levin dispensed with 'le vin de Levin' pun. Low yields, hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel and bottled in March, this encapsulates the purity of elderflower aromas and gooseberry fruit; a true benchmark for the Loire, and beyond.
