Yalumba %u2013 aboriginal for %u2018all the land around%u2019 %u2013 was established in 1849 by Dorset man Samuel Smith. This has a pleasant, sherbet citrus nose, with blossom overtones. It shows clean, Riesling lines, cool minerality and a peach twist on the palate, bolstering the lime fruit and floral characters. 15.5/20
